Hello, I am Paula, owner of Reiki & Restore. I offer in-person mobile sessions for all my services in the comfort of your own home and also from my home in central Winchester.

I am a Member of The UK Reiki Federation, the largest Reiki professional organisation in the UK and Europe. Practitioners are bound by a Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.

I am a Reiki Practitioner and Reiki Master and am certified using the Usui Shiki Ryoho teachings. 

I am proud to be accredited and registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) which was set up by the government for the purpose of the Public. Doctors and other Healthcare Professionals can refer to me through an independent register with confidence. 

There are standards that practitioners need to meet to be accepted and then stay on the register.  CNHC Registrants have agreed to be bound by the highest standards of conduct and like myself, have registered voluntarily. I have been professionally trained and am fully insured.
As a CNHC registrant, I'm committed to enhancing the Uk's public health and wellbeing. I'm pleased that Reiki is one of only 18 Complementary Professions to be included on the register.

My Reiki journey started when I received my first treatment after being diagnosed with a frozen shoulder. I had tried everything to help manage my diagnosis from steroid injections to physiotherapy, with no improvement. After my first  Reiki treatment I was just blown away at how my symptoms improved even during the treatment and I have never looked back. Reiki has helped me so much, both physically and emotionally.

I offer Reiki at Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice in Surrey to patients, their family members and staff. I feel  privileged to hold this position.

I absolutely love working with crystals and offering crystal healing to people of all ages. Crystals can be used alone to heal, or alongside the other healing modalities on offer at Reiki and Restore, I decided to learn more about the benefits of crystals as I have always used them throughout my life for help and guidance.
