Hello, I am Paula, owner of Reiki & Restore. I offer in-person and mobile sessions for all my services in the comfort of your own home and also from my home in central Winchester.

I am a Member of The UK Reiki Federation, the largest Reiki professional organisation in the UK and Europe. Practitioners are bound by a Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.

I am a Reiki Practitioner and Reiki Master and am certified using the Usui Shiki Ryoho teachings. 

I work using Reiki within the NHS at St Georges Hospital in Tooting, with both inpatients and outpatients on Oncology and Haematology wards also within Clinics where Sickle Cell Disease patients are invited to attend on a weekly basis. Working in other areas of the hospital where referrals from Clinicians come in means that my work is varied and St Georges Hospital staff recognise the benefits of this wonderful modality.

I feel passionate about working with Palliative care patients and the huge benefits that Reiki can bring at such a vulnerable time in peoples lives. Working for Full Circle Fund Therapies with the Connecting Reiki with Medicine Project is an honour to be involved with, the research happening at present is both interesting, exciting and ongoing. I feel privileged to be a part of the St Georges team in one of the U.K's principal and largest teaching hospitals and am excited about the future of Reiki and the direction in where it is heading.

I am proud to be accredited and registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) which was set up by the government for the purpose of the Public. Doctors and other Healthcare Professionals can refer to me through an independent register with confidence. 

There are standards that practitioners need to meet to be accepted and then stay on the register.  CNHC Registrants have agreed to be bound by the highest standards of conduct and like myself, have registered voluntarily. I have been professionally trained and am fully insured.
As a CNHC registrant, I'm committed to enhancing the Uk's public health and wellbeing. I'm pleased that Reiki is one of only 18 Complementary Professions to be included on the register.

My Reiki journey started when I received my first treatment after being diagnosed with a frozen shoulder. I had tried everything to help manage my diagnosis from steroid injections to physiotherapy, with no improvement. After my first  Reiki treatment I was just blown away at how my symptoms improved even during the treatment and I have never looked back. Reiki has helped me so much, both physically and emotionally.

I absolutely love working with crystals and offering crystal healing to people of all ages. Crystals can be used alone to heal, or alongside the other healing modalities on offer at Reiki and Restore, I decided to learn more about the benefits of crystals as I have always used them throughout my life for help and guidance.
